Serenity Event 10, in-game shots, Consall Scout Camp.
It’s a pretty game, and one where people go the extra mile in terms of kit and set dressing. Aside from the number of outfit changes that were deployed, it was things like printing off a couple of dozen IC A1 posters to decorate the bar… complete with sound and light system… or completely covering a pair of tables with medical supplies to deploy for surgery physrepping… or the armoury showing up with matching sets of ten uniforms for… well, I counted seven different roles that got proper uniforms and actually hit the field. Maybe there were more.
Biggest challenge was lack of crew, and while those we had were brilliant, we were also working with half the number expected, while simultaneously suffering from oversubscription for player slots. Same problem DuD suffered at times, and I’m really not sure what’s best to be done about it.
Best I can do is spread some love for the system, and hope people are tempted to crew it.
(I sometimes wonder if I should actually start posting reviews of systems. I get to more different ones than a lot of people, and I get to see quite a lot of what goes on at them. Maybe it would help match players (and crew!) to systems, and thereby spread the love.)
Oh, and this lot are still out-of-camera jpegs with the x-t1 and the 56/1.2. I took four cameras to the event, and three literally never left the car.
In random celebratory news, I finally cracked the threshold of having more followers than posts a week or so ago, which is pretty nifty. Be interested to know what people want more of, though - feedback is incredibly hard to come by.
